'My daughter's key person has dedicated so much time to my daughter, helping her with her speech and language. She has progressed so much and achieved so many sounds which were once tricky to her. She is like a different child from a year ago. We so grateful to the staff for all their help with this! From not wanting to say her line at the Nativity to proudly bobbing over to the microphone at graduation to speak with such confidence, it’s clear to see how much St Vincent’s has helped her shine! All the staff are wonderful and I know my daughter has a special place in her heart for her key person.'

'My child’s development has been surprising me every day since he has started the nursery. He is thriving and loves the nursery. His key person has been the crucial part of his development. She’s been extremely patient, helpful, informative and supportive. She’s always warm, gives everyone time of the day to discuss the child’s day in nursery and I can tell that she genuinely cares about my son (and other children in the group) and does everything she can to make the little ones enjoy themselves, learn and thrive. She works super hard but always has the biggest smile as if it was the easiest job in the world. I couldn’t ask for a better person to care for my son when we are in work. I’m super grateful for her support every day.'

'My child's key person helped him grow in confidence and he started being himself at the nursery. She has gone above and beyond to support my family, made me personally feel understood and relatable. She showed empathy in days i needed it most, especially when I was pregnant and when the late evening timing for parents evening didn't suit me. She amended our meeting schedule to ensure I didn't miss it. My child tells me she is her friend and he loves her, which means she's made him smile every day, or simply shown exceptional kindness and care. Thank you!'

'A huge thank you to Emma and the whole of the Young Explorers team who have really supported our daughter (and us!) through her potty training journey and continue to do so. There has been nothing but positivity for our daughter and encouragement that has made life so much easier for all of us.
