Testimonials

All feedback from families, external professionals and the community, whether positive or constructive, is extremely important to us as it helps us reflect on our practice and ensure that we provide unforgettable memories for our children and families. This is what they have said about us...

'I just wanted to email to say thank you for this evening and for showcasing the nursery so well. My child really enjoyed showing us around and was so proud to share her nursery with us. Both our children are so happy there and it was great to be able to see first hand the interesting things they get to do every day. Everything looks so wonderful and all the staff spoke with such knowledge and enthusiasm and care for the children; it was such a lovely evening. And Greg's cooking (as I am always being told!) was delicious!'

'Wow. I don't even know where to start. What a fabulous afternoon. Thank you to all of the staff at St Vincent's Nursery for making the Nativity play happen. I am feeling so proud of my daughter and all the children. What a team you have. Just wonderful. Thank you all! X

'I just wanted to say how fantastic the Pre-school nativity was and to say thank you for all your hard work. It was a joy to see my daughter and all her friends having such fun and doing a fabulous job performing the nativity. To be able to be there to experience it was very special! They all sang and spoke so well and it was very clear a lot of love, support to the children and sheer hard work has gone into it from all the staff!

'To everyone at St Vincent's Nursery, A HUGE Thank you for all the love and support of Amelie over the years she has been at St Vincent's. We really appreciate everything and you have played a huge part in her growing into the happy, confident little girl she is today. X'

The Allen family, nursery parents, July 2020

'We couldn't give St Vincent's Nursery and all the staff there enough praise. Being parents to a child with complex needs is very challenging and emotional, however, knowing that you are dropping off your daughter at a nursery that cares so strongly for her is a huge weight lifted. What's more, Erin looks forward to going to nursery, the curriculum challenges her but keeps her focused and eager to learn. The SEN support at the nursery is incredible, offering Erin 1-to-1 care with no hesitation and going above and beyond our expectations. The level of inclusion for Erin is second to none, whether that's the Pre-school Nativity or everyday activities, Erin doesn't feel any different. After visiting many Pre-school settings to find a suitable place for Erin, this nursery is another level and we were instantly sold by St Vincent's; a nursery with a warm, kind, can-do and inclusive attitude was exactly the environment we wanted Erin to be in.'

Mr & Mrs Marks, nursery parents, February 2020

'Our daughter has only been at St Vincent's for about 6 months but we feel like she has been here so much longer. Since starting, we have felt that she is truly cared for and supported in her development. The staff are fantastic and the range of activities on offer are tremendous. The nursery really helped our daughter adapt to having a new baby brother too. She loves attending the nursery and was even worried the other day about what her friends would be up to without her when she was off sick. We feel very fortunate that she is able to attend St Vincent's Nursery.'

Mr & Mrs Stephens, nursery parents, February 2020

'Big congratulations to the whole Pre-school team for a wonderful Nativity! The maturity of the children and their engagement with the words and music was very impressive - it is easy to forget they are only 3 and 4 years old! Our favourite part - Greg's crumble-topped mince pies! Thank you for all your efforts, the children are a credit to you!'

Mrs Conti, a nursery parent, December 2019

'I just wanted to write and say thank you to the delightful children who presented me with a rose as I walked through Altrincham yesterday - they did so at a time when I was feeling a little low, their smiles on their faces as they presented the rose, and the very act of being given the rose has lifted my spirits in such a wonderful way - I spent the rest of the day smiling and woke up with a smile on my face. It proves that a little kindness goes a long way - what a wonderful message you are giving to the children! THANK YOU!'

Mrs H., a member of our community, on World Kindness Day, November 2019

'Dear Ivana, I want to thank you for allowing Megan to complete work experience with you. We, at BTH, are very grateful for your help in organising her placement and to all the staff who gave up their time to support Megan. We really appreciate you enabling our students to experience the world of work.'
